Stadium Stairs Walk- 3 sets with 45# vest no rest

Dead Squat- 10x1 @ 365 (too easy)
Dimmel- 4x10 @ 205
GHR- 4x10 @ BW
Tue 6/7:
Hill Sprint- 8x30yd @ 45 sec rest
Hurdle Hop- 2x3 @ hip height, stick and stay
MB Throw;
